Just got my dream STARCRAFT: BATTLE CHEST

Back in the days of Windows 98, my uncle, who's 1 year older than me, is playing STARCRAFT. Even after going to Windows XP, I keep on searching this even for pirated ones. His copy of the game was lost due to high school and college.

I found one but it destroyed my desktop PC.

10 years later, I learned STAR CRAFT 2. I also learned BATTLE.NET

A few months ago, someone told me in this very forum that there's an online shop of BLIZZARD.

I just hoped I can order it.

Until yesterday, I saw the BATTLE CHEST with the same store I saw last year but didnt had the chance to buy.

I am sooooooo HAPPY. You do not know how happy I am.

Now, I need to get my desktop PC fix so I can upload my PC specs to BLIZZARD so I can get the BETA KEY for STARCRAFT 2

Uhhh... Getting in to that Beta is REALLY low... It's a lottery type thing, and I don't know how many they've done, but the people that got in are most people who went to Blizzcon or play WoW from what I heard. Might be a bit out dates since that was news from a couple of weeks ago.

Aside from that, I remember getting Starcraft when I was like 5/6? My brother was like "Psst, get that game" when were were being rewarded for whatever reason. Not sure why I bought it FOR him. My first PC game ever was a great choice if I must say so... We still play it to this day.

because asian countries loves to invest on computer shop. when there are computer shop, there are games.

WOW and SC are not the only games here, back in 2001, Counter Strike is the famous game here in the Philippines. we had tournaments.

so yeah, if there are computer shops, many people will be playing computer games. It's a hobby since gradeschool

I think they're low on beta keys. My professor went to GDC last week and he talked to the people at Blizzard. He tried to get some keys (to maybe even try to get some to us) but couldn't. It wasn't some random encounter either. He was discussing if they were allowing junior artists into Blizzard and some things like that

At gamestop here they usually have a copy in the back for $19.99. I might get it next month...or after I finish far cry 2 (I got that today) and Final Fantasy 13. (Launch date for the win! :) )

Great job learning STAR CRAFT 2 and BATTLE.NET! Those are two of the hardest ??? to learn. How long did it take you to learn them?

You do relize there are website where you can just buy the keys that came with the battle chest for like 4 dollars right? Just register them to battle.net and bam its like you have the real game.

Or you could have just asked on the forum. Starcraft keys are easy to get a hold of, if you know what you're doing.

    Finally got an appointment with an ENT, but it's not for another month. It's already been 4- days of loud ringing in my left ear, substantial pain on left side of my neck and left side on the back of my head. Doctors here at the regular clinic put me on a couple different meds for a month that did absolutely nothing, then they told me there's nothing more they can do for me despite being in pain and my ear sounding like im underwater and ringing.

    @Psionic Roshambo No idea. Clinic put me on Prednisose for 5 days, then Augmentin for 10 days, then Prednisone for another 15 days. When that was done and there was absolutely no change, I went to the chiropractor. Had three appointments where he cracked my neck and spine. No change so i didn't go back to the 4th appointment.
