My first day in high school!

I go to a catholic school and we have just as many sluts and stoners as the nearby public school, if not more.

Today was my first day (and first year) in high school too, just have 3 more years to go! (Not 4, silly americans )

Welcome to the club. I'm a atheist/agnostic but my parents basically force me to believe, and if I tell them that I don't, they get mad and go like "I raised you to belive, so you better, bla bla". (old thread about it here http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=90800 )

high school sucks

Nah i think its great, loads of mates, more choice, just have fun and make as many friends as possible, it can help in some situations, im going to college at the end of this year and i like to think of the good memories i had back in high school

In that case, your parents are severely mistaken. I don't see why you wouldn't want to go to a 'religious' school; half our student population thinks they're atheist. If anything, the religion course is an easy credit.

I beg to differ.

I'm now in my 4th year of high school and as much as I hate the thought of tests, exams, homework, grad prep, etc., I'm thoroughly enjoying high school.
You meet lots of new friends, (hopefully) have friendly teachers, and take fun classes.

I can already see myself missing high school once I graduate.

Take my advice, you WILL eventually look back and tell yourself "I miss those times". Yeah, there maybe have been stressful moments, but they're easily dominated by all the fun times you have with your friends.

I'm in my 5th year of high school, and I love it. Make sure you become friends with everyone possible!

But don't let them come over here unless they're useful spammers like tj.

Never bully someone, it always comes back to you, that's my experience in bullying.
