antonkan: I'm sorry to all

Hello there, GBAtemp! It's antonkan again. Sorry to you all of us here at GBAtemp.

As of today, I won't use the Arial font for my topics, other things such doing in the 'Temper pics' topic. As I read the rules, I won't post any warez links (inlcuding ROM websites). Please contribute me! :yay:

As you can plainly see from antonkan's example, no, we are not. Can't really see why, myself, but people seem to think using any font other than the default is bad. And it is met with hatred and scorn.

I shall now emulate the thought process of people who resent fonts other than default:

not default -> different -> unique -> special -> attention whore = bad

I don't even see why arial is so annoying, or maybe it's just evrybody is trying to wave there e-penis around.

As I already said, I think that antonkan is/was pretty interesting member..I didn't mind his way of posting at all, it's not like he post bold or all caps or different/annoying color....He just used font he likes..

But lots and lots of people flamed him over that!

It's not like he was using some horrible font that made your eyes bleed. Arial is pretty standard and neutral.

@everyone he was actually suspenede for racism in the temper pics thread. and, his excessive use of the font is what was annoying. occasional use is fine. (also, check out how many topics he makes... attention whore? you decide.

whoa hold on... Antonkan is Canadian??? FROM ONTARIO!?!?!? THATS LIKE ME!!! Hes oficially awesome in my book, and I don't even base that on the Canada thing. I base it on the Mario avatar.

Whoa scratch that... Veoh is from Zagreb, Croatia? I Was TOTALLY BORN THERE! Veoh = Super Duper Awesome.

If he isn't an attention whore after he made topics like "Unofficial Cheat Compilation Thread" or "Is DieForIt really Japanese?" then tell me he is really naive. And TBH, I was really shocked when I read his post in Temper pics... thats called naiveity huh?

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
