There are a few things you should know:

- Your picture space is totally private. No one is going to browse through your pictures, not even the staff, they have no access to them.
- As we've said before, we will not tolerate any abuse. In order to control that, we're checking per-member statistics and see if anyone's got way too many pictures (in which case we'll ask the member for an explanation).
- You're free to use your pictures on any site that you want, not just GBAtemp.
- We might be allowing SWF file upload in the future, but we need to figure out a few things first.
