it's so easy tho you just gotta add a soundgoodizer and a gross beat to your master rack alongside some basic eq and some flanger. don't forget the philter!

I use FL, depends on how you find/ make your instruments...(left column vst's in folders, vs. loading a plug-in like sytrus and choosing remade sounds, vs. opening a plug-in like harmour and make your own sound)
Then right click the item on the channel rack and choose piano roll(after you have found your sound) to fill in the spaces your want to hear(like a visual piano sideways so you can set the time/ how long that note will play)
Don't forget to change the speed (BPM or beats per minute)
