Smoked only once...

a week ago I smoked Hookah (Shisha) with some friends and I am now regretting it. I never smoked again since, and don't feel any addiction to it, however, how bad will this affect my fitness level? I've heard tons of stories about how it affects your lungs and stuff... :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: I'm so stupid... peer pressure is gay.

Whoa, those meth project ads are scary.
Anyway, on the whole smoking front, like those meth adverts outline, the biggest problem is throwing your life out and living your life for drugs. Health issues don't become a massive problem until you're doing that kind of stuff.
Which clearly you wouldn't aha. Still, no offence, but these guys definitely aren't your friends if they're making you smoke (no matter what it is). If you ever find yourself under peer pressure from people you call friends, directly challenge them over it.

You'll be fine, just don't over do it at a young age. Where i live it is really common. I mean when i have it i usually put flavored tobacco in it nothing else. It really isn't that harmful( but at a young age it is), plus where im from they call it an "Argilah" (it varies from country to country). It really isn't that bad because its filtered through water or some crap like that plus it doesn't have nicotine in it like smoking so you shouldn't get hooked on it. JUST MAKE SURE NOT TO OVER DO IT, i ONLY have it twice a month others like have it everyday its crazy!!!!
