OBJECTION! I can't take this anymore!

Im hoping that after the spinoff of EdgeWorth is finished....which is a point and click adventure ...that Capcom continues the Apollo Justice Series that is if the series ever continues.

I miss these kind of games, and everytime I think of Wright I have the urge to yell OBJECTION.

Pheonix Wright in my opinion is better than Apollo Justice, but we all know that Pheonix is gone.I just want another game from the series....

I had to blog about this by the way.

I agree with you, tbh. PW/AJ games are the only games I play on the DS now...
can't wait for the next one!

Iirc, it's going to be released in Japan at Summer 2009, which will probably take about half a year before it gets localized.

Well, who doesn't love the Phoenix Wright games? My sister already played Trials and Tribulations 3 times, I wonder what keeps her going...

I also heard they after the 2009 release they will be working on another PW/AJ game

That was the case with T&T if memory serves, right? Hopefully this Edgeworth one can fulfill our expectations, Apollo is soooo BLAND and BORING, I'm too used to Phoenix's humour

yeah they did that in T&T. let's hope it's a continuing trend.
Could you actually shout objection! at the screen?
:yayds:

Of course :D you hold down Y and let rip. Though I couldn't get the hang of 'hold it'...

Still, yelling objection and hearing that music start up is pretty intense

yelling PENIS works as well. not that i've ever tried it ^_^
I can't play those games, my R4DS won't allow them to play it =/
wtf? i have a r4, and all phoenix wright games work perfectly...
they should do a crossover
A crossover of what?

Well we can try it in the Testing Area.

OH NOEZ! Testing Area is gone!

Phoenix Wright is all well-and-fine, but Capcom needs to quit screwing around with point-and-click games and make Street Fighter for the DS already.

The first 3 already had a gba release in English and the translations where just ported over to the ds.
On the other hand Gyakuten kenji is a new game being developed for the ds and they will most likely have to localize it later on.

ROFLMFAOO... I tried that before you posted that at me. It didn't work for OBJECTION, but worked for HOLD IT. The word needs to be the same number of syllables... don't ask me how I know this xD

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
    +1
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
