Before starting the tutorial:
- Photoshop CS6 or higher on your PC.
- Click here to download the folder textures.
- You have already read the tutorial on how to create borders because I will not explain some of Photoshop's functions again. - Click here if you have not read it yet.
- Make copies of the textures provided in this tutorial, I suggest you do this to save edits to only the copied files.

What kind of folder can I create after reading this tutorial.

Remembering that I will not give classes in graphic modeling, I will teach you how to use the textures, for you to be able to create any kind of folder. The method of creation and modeling will depend on your creativity.
Creating an closed folder texture
Open the file folder_closed.psd you will come across the items shown in the image below.

Duplicate the layer bg-0 that is below gives layer T-0 Edit, now just change the color of the layer that was duplicated as it is being shown in the second image.

Disable the cut mask (icon with image of X), I added an image above the layer that had its colors changed, I added a snake face.

In the image above in the editable copy layer, in the effects field I've added some effects that can be used and edited.

On the T2 layer in the effects panel I have made available some effects that can be used in the folder texture.

Select the T-2 layer and duplicate the layer, then convert the duplicate layer to the intelligent object, then use the rasterize layer function.

Double-click the icon shown in the red layer in the image above to enter inside gives intelligent object layer.

You will see a red image, go back to the folder-close file and select the T-2-copy layer, and drag this layer into the file with the red square. Position the image above gives image in red, in the same way that is being shown in the image.

Activate the tabs, then press the letter M to activate the crop selection tool. Make a selection the same way it is being shown in the image above. The width of the selection must have 1px. After selecting the layer press J to duplicate the selected layer.
Note: I have exceeded these parameters in the image because I am already accustomed.

Select the duplicate layer and stretch it to the right as in the image above.

Do the same procedure on the left side, then stretch to the left.

Now select all the layers that are above gives layer in red and use the layer merge function.
