I kiss my Best Friend!

Yesterday my Friend has returned from France for Summer Holidays and he ask me if I can go on his house for install on his Phone Pokémon Go (yea he's a big fan of Pokémon <3)
I'm very happy because we have only few days before i'm going in Sardinia for my summer holydays
So... I'm going to his house and I install it and we play Mario Bros Wii Meanwhile, we expect that his phone was charged.
We go outside and we catch some pokemon (he has very happy for play Pokémon go :D)
Time passed and we had already captured a lot of pokemon . It was late and I had to go home . Then I told Bye ! And I gave him a quick kiss . I am rushing back home more quickly as I could and in my head I said to myself " I can not believe I kissed him ! " For me it was nice but I do not know ... he did not look happy .... maybe because I dragged him and I gave him a kiss .... But I like him a lot but I do not know whether to tell him how I feel ....
(Remember I'm Italian and my english is not perfect)

@MartyDreamy be honest with him. You both clearly have phones so you can text him and say something along the lines of "So... about that day...". Try and read the situation, if he seems tense about it, apologize for pulling something like that out of the blue. However, you also need to tell him that the reason you did it is because you like him

And as previously stated, don't rush things. The furthest you're going to want to get at this point is asking him if you want to hang out/go on a date somewhere

    Finally got an appointment with an ENT, but it's not for another month. It's already been 4- days of loud ringing in my left ear, substantial pain on left side of my neck and left side on the back of my head. Doctors here at the regular clinic put me on a couple different meds for a month that did absolutely nothing, then they told me there's nothing more they can do for me despite being in pain and my ear sounding like im underwater and ringing.
