I paid $45.00 and the people tell meto wait three more business days and they will contact me when it's ready. Nope; not done yet. At one point they told me that if they don't get it done three more business days later; they will give me a refund. Yesterday, we went and asked them we need the phone unlocked now. The girl working called the guy who does it and told her to tell me that we have to come tomorrow (as in today). Guess what? It's not unlocked yet. And we asked for the refund and they said "oh it's already in the server and we can't stop it so no refund." And now they tell me to wait longer; and it can happen anytime. Extremely disappointed and angry with this customer service. It was their job to contact me saying it is not ready yet; wasting the trip to their shop.
