the memchunkhax2 hype post with .3dsx

there is more going on in the comments that this post is somewhat outdated now.
read this. it's important.
  • you cannot use this for downgrading, installing .CIAs, etc. yet. it is purely for testing.
  • when you post results, include your model, entry point, and full firmware version (e.g. 10.3.0-28E).
  • this has pretty much no risk of bricking as it doesn't write to the NAND or anything. with that in mind I am not responsible if anything weird happens so run this at your own risk.
  • if you get a test value of DEADCAFE then it has worked.
  • this might help with getting "DEADCAFE":

i have a japanese n3ds on 9.9 . i so want to do this but risk is too high . damn you guys are tempting me too hard .

@Misledz Bearing in mind I'm on 10.3 on an N3DS, I just used Menuhax 2.1 without any FTP permission patches.

@blankachu: I'm actually testing with a 10.3.0-28J N3DS. I can try upgrading from 9.2 to 9.9 and post results if I get 10.3.0-28J working first.

But I don't have a hard mod, and I'm not risking it. Hopefully it'll be stable soon!

i can't get the DEADCAFE on 9.9 and so i am thinking of updating to 10.3 and trying again . damn the dilemma , i updated past 9.2 because there was no hack present at that time and i have a strong feeling that i may suffer the same fate if i upgrade :3 .
