the memchunkhax2 hype post with .3dsx

there is more going on in the comments that this post is somewhat outdated now.
read this. it's important.
  • you cannot use this for downgrading, installing .CIAs, etc. yet. it is purely for testing.
  • when you post results, include your model, entry point, and full firmware version (e.g. 10.3.0-28E).
  • this has pretty much no risk of bricking as it doesn't write to the NAND or anything. with that in mind I am not responsible if anything weird happens so run this at your own risk.
  • if you get a test value of DEADCAFE then it has worked.
  • this might help with getting "DEADCAFE":

Well, still no luck for me. Even when I use the "fix", it always returns 00000000, and when I exit after that (by pressing start) and reenter the program, it freezes at "Map complete". (still on N3DS 9.9.0-28E, IronHax or MenuHax 2.0)

On my second try (first try was 0000...) I got test values DEADCAFE and DEADBEEF, khaxInit: k=02320900 f=02320900 n=1 from the first link. I lack the knowledge/tools to compile the second link.

Am I supposed to put the .cia files (or the .ttp archive) somewhere on my SD card for this, and where do I put it/what do I name it if so?

Ptrk25, I'd appreciate that a lot! I'm not really sure if I'm doing this right, either: I'm launching this from browserhax.

@CrispyYoshi If possible, try using menuhax as well. That hax seems to usually get the most consistent results.

Yeah the mods shut it down cause it went way out of hand, but so far I haven't gotten the memchunk think to work again with the force close method. I'm using the one that was included with FBI files here.

    Nice experience, you generally would want to consume within 6 months or so from package date, or make sure it's kept out of light and with a ~60% humidity regulation pack (like Boveda) in the container. That keeps it supple and not dried out and flavorful. Kept that way you're probably in best case scenario for like a year
