Building a PC

So on Friday I will purchase the parts for a semi-gaming PC. My components list will be:
  • Intel Core i5-3570K processor
  • Sony BD/DVD/CD writer
  • Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA II Internal hard drive
  • My iPod headphones, with a USB Sound card
  • Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX case
  • Cooler Master 600 watt power supply
  • Gigabyte Intel Z77 motherboard
  • Windows 7 Ultimate
  • AMD ATi Radeon 6450 graphics card
  • G-Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB modules
  • A webcam
You can tell me if I missed any components (I already have a WLAN USB adapter).

I'd just up the CPU a little, you're getting good mobo and GPU, and a bit more of CPU wouldn't be bad.

Decent for a "semi-gaming pc".
I say you should opt for another CPU to something better than the i3, for a future proof rig and a little more "grunt"!

I got rid of the speakers cuz I got a USB sound card for headphones. My CPU is now an i5-3570K (one of the best one's). Now I have a Gigabyte Z77 Mobo to compliment it. My RAM consists of 2 G-Skill Ripjaws 4GB modules. I also added a webcam. My graphics card got cut down (budget issues) on features but has much better bang for the buck ($59 for HDMI, DVI, AND VGA? Whoo!!!). That's all I can think of right now.

EDIT: The optical drive is now a Sony.

Where are you getting a 7850 for $59?

Personally I'd rather sacrifice CPU for the better graphics card you can get. But I supposeit depends how much gaming you're going to end up doing.

Why would you get a 6450? That's not good for gaming...at all.

If you're going to spend that much on the CPU, at least get a 6850 so you can do some gaming.

Well the CPU apparently has very good graphics. Plus, I can use the GPU and the CPU's integrated graphics together with Lucid Virtu. Helps the graphics processing a little.

I'm not really a big gamer anyways. That's why I called it a "semi-gaming" PC.

Not to mention I've already ordered the parts. In fact, I did on June 27.
