You can click your username in the sidebar (next to a post) or go to your profile and search for all of your posts. And yes, Rydian joined after me too (about a year afterwards), and look at him. I got to 4,000 when he was at 3,996.

Ramonra: How do you know?
After all, counting solely counted and EoF posts, I have over 8000 (close ) already. Not to mention blog posts and introduction posts. (I still want a way to track those)

The only way I can check that is because it's my most active area. I can see that if I go to my profile, go to the classic-style one and it will tell me there.

A long time ago I did point out that it might be good to know how many there are in each section; I'm genuinely interested and I can't find out short of manually counting all of them.
