This should be a realistic sim game, where if you turn the DS off or put another game in, it will be like neglecting your child and the baby will not grow up as well. Also, when you close the DS to put it in sleep mode it should be like putting the baby down for a nap, during which time it'll frequently start crying, forcing you to wake up in the middle of the night to take care of it.
