Gaming Zelda BotW says needs update to play

I used wii u helper to down load the game and update I install the game first then update with WUP installer GX2 and win I load the games says I need update any help please and thanks

You need to update the game indeed, not the console as it probably say. You can download this update with wii u usb loader (right click on the game -> download update)
