Update your emulator if you haven't already.gottcha is it something that can be fixed
Thanks again my dude!Damn, a lot going on here lol.
First I would like to add my 2 cents in the naming roms: I usual drop the "The" in the game title unless it's named something like "The Tick" or something for easier game browsing. A lot of games (in my opinion) would be out of place by adding "The" in the first part of the title. But that's just how I do things with mine. Idc how it's done elsewhere cuz I will just fix it myself when I get to it. So I would just let it be and let those like me change it to their liking, js.
With that being said..
Update your emulator if you haven't already.
Not touching default romnames could be problematic because not every rom site uses the same naming convention...although they are close..
PS: US has only two major political parties...europe countries usually have more than two...so you tell me what goes wrong there..
I say use a no-intro rom naming conversion clmamepro is not hard to use after you get the hang of it to verify your roms and it will also rename them as well then lets say for your roms you only wanted 1g1r "One Game One Rom" for each system
dat-o-matic has many xml for this you can set the region order as well so let say like etheboss might want something like EU>US>AUS>CAN>JAP>ASIA>....etc as i would do USA>EU>AUS..etc
i went back through all my sets doing this from scratch it does take a little time but hey i know all my roms are verified dumps now
What?
Yes i know this i actually haven't tried it tho i just was confused at the commit i was talking about no-intro http://www.no-intro.org/I'm coding the Cover - 2 - Rom name converter and transfer tool. I'm in the middle of including options.

^^ Awesome man thanks, unfortunately I won't be able to test it until tomorrow night, Away from Wii for the next couple of days possibly, but hopefully we get some feedback on it prior to mine, anyways, just wanted to say that I love having the parenthesis country section removed automatically from all the covers, it makes me happy lol I don't like to see (USA) or (Europe) on every single rom I have it's ridiculous, I know it's the standard but even before you made cover-2-rom I had manually removed every single one except (Unl), (Demo), (Hack). Since my roms are named that way your program just easily renames the covers to match my roms and I love that.
Off the top of my head I can think of (Proto) and (T+Eng) for translated japanese RPG's and other english translations. Not much else I can think of unless someone else wants to chime in.ah man. I didnt think about those parenthesis. This one has the option of removing all parenthesis. I can try to fix that. are there other kinds of parenthesis you want to keep like (Unl), (Demo), (Hack)?
.. Nevermind. I see it's usedOff the top of my head I can think of (Proto) and (T+Eng) for translated japanese RPG's and other english translations. Not much else I can think of unless someone else wants to chime in.

USA
Europe
Australia
Canada
Germany
Japan
