So far it seems as r804 fixed my No more memory! message I was getting for awhile. I will continue to run my normal routine to see if it decides to show itself again.
Great work guys!

My Wii U updated by itself last night. I finished playing Nintendo Land, and after I exited to the Wii U Menu the update just started. So I am on 2.1.0 U now. Apparently the update makes the system load faster, plus includes "further improvements" and "other minor adjustments." I'm not liking that the system can update automatically, this may hurt homebrew options for the system. I'm curious if anyone that played with Smash Stack to get the Homebrew Channel in Wii Mode still have it after the update.

Wow, I'm still looking at getting the U. Can't find a black one in my area yet. But this totally sucks they added an auto update feature, guess we will have to keep it offline until more is known about it. Thanks for the heads up.

On topic of wiiflow, I hope one day wiiflow can be ported to the Wii U. At least in Wii Mode, once there is a way to install cIOS and block it from being patched automatically. From what I gather it will run via smash stack but it can't play games or anything of the sort due to no cIOS or anything. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I've finally updated my WiiFlow on my wii and its running and looking GREAT! Thanks to all the devs!

After the new release of dios mios (with multidisc support), I would like to know how to hide the second disc in the wiiflow gamecube view.
At the moment wiiflow displays the second disc in order to select it. But with the new dios mios this option is not necessary anymore.
mark one category with "X" sign and add the second disc to this category
Remember to press B on the star:
In flow view to adjust categories
In game view to add a game to a category

In case you use my pack:
start WF, goto GC mode and press B on star > go to page 2 (press right) click on the box for hidden category and make it "X"
like this <snip>

then go to GC view and select second disc > press B on star and select "Hidden" category
like this <snip>

Play a game to save the setting
Tip: each mode has it's own categories and hidden info so remember to adjust this in each mode in case needed
That's it
:)
Hey Abz, my buddy wolf tried that, but wiiflow keeps hiding both discs, seems like hiding looks at the gameID.
Or is he doing something wrong? He followed youre quickguide ^^^.

Yeah, the categories file only lists them by their GameID so it WOULD end up hiding both there. I think we'll need a little change in how WiiFlow handles this whenever FIX can get back online.

I'm having an odd problem that I haven't quite figured out yet. Just updated from the very old WiiFlow 2.2 to 4.0.3 r433 today and though WiiFlow is showing my games when USB2 is selected, it isn't loading any of them. They all show the WiiFlow loading screen for a moment, followed by a long pause on a black screen before dumping me back out to the System Menu. My HD is partitioned as FAT32/WBFS with the games all installed on the WBFS partition.

Disregard, I am apparently an idiot and had the drive plugged into the wrong USB port, odd though, the old WiiFlow wouldn't even detect my game and drives when I did something like that.

Question for ScummVM experts
I downloaded and installed the games today to usb:\ScummVMroms
copied the ini file to sd:\wiiflow\plugins
also all scummvm files are in usb:\apps\scummvm folder
All my WF files are on SD

Launching from HBC works fine

WF detects the file but I get this:
b8001z.jpg

I guess because the WF plugins are on SD
Is there a way to fix this without moving WF to USB

Scummvm games haven't been working for quite some time. I think ever since Fix started using the args=. I think the problem is wiiflow uses the 'description=' from the scummvm.ini instead of 'gameid='

I tried changing curse of monkey island's description to the same as it's gameid and got a little further but it still didn't work. I'm sure this is an easy fix for Fix.

Great! arguments={name} was changed to arguments={path}

On a side note Abz, when you update your wiiflow pack in the wiisx folder you should add a saves folder. wiisx doesn't automatically make it and without it you can't save any games. same goes for wii64.

Hi,

Trying to play around with emunand.
I'm on d2x v8Final as I read it seems more stable for emunand operations.
Wiiflow extracted nand in proper folder.
No Neek2o stuff at the moment: I'd like to keep it simple if possible.

Savegame mode seems to work, although some games are extremely slow to launch (Just Dance4 for instance). DLC seems ok too.
Any hint to speed this-up?

However, trying to launch Basic channels (Internet Channel, etc) fails, even in full emulation mode: it goes back to system menu after a while.
I have a couple of WW to test, but did not go that far yet, as long as basic channels won't work.
Is Neek2o required to run WW at this stage, or do I miss something? (wiki says it's necessary for some games but not mandatory)

Thanks for any tip.

"However, trying to launch Basic channels (Internet Channel, etc) fails, even in full emulation mode: it goes back to system menu after a while."

I have a similar issue(launching anything from emunand. ww/vc/etc. it just trys to load and then goes back to wiiflow). Never had a problem with emu nand in wiiflow until recently. If I go back to say, r775 it works fine.(loading using neek2o still works fine though)

Ola... I used to be able to have a thumb drive in usb1 and plug my big ntfs drive with wii games into usb2 and it worked. Lots have change in my set up in that I now have all my emu's on a 1.5TB Drive
All the emu's and apps work as far as I can tell but wiiflow will not recognize the ntfs drive any more. Is there something I may be over looking...?

set nand emulation to "partial" and use "Auto" for IOS at least this is what I'm using
Thanks AbdallahTerro. Did that but still same issue.

Something looks strange to me: everything (games, nand, etc) is on usb2 in my case (usb1 is EFI partition which should NOT be touched). At some point in the log, on can read
Data Directory: usb1:/wiiflow
Hum... not good: nothing relates to usb1 on my wiiflow.ini (see below).
A bit further in wiiflow.log reads
FAT Partition at usb2: unmounted.
It looks like it get unmounted somewhere in the Internet Channel launch...

Thanks for any thought on those things.
Best,
