Oh damn, not a mac user, can you run virtual machines from Mac? You can use a straight ISO, just put it in a folder in the /games folder. E.g. USB1:/Resident Evil 2 [GHAE08]/game.iso

As promised. here is wiiflow showing a coverflow for a few of my music files.
yes using DMP (dragon media player.) as a plug in. now if someone with the skill sets could help make them launch, an not black screen, an not loading this would be nice...

That theme is phenomenal, definitely liking your style. Covers look good showing up like that, u had some great content. Makes me wanna do small music collection coverflow now

hmm. is this to use as a cover instead of the regular cover ? you might have to add the fan art selection to the mplayer ini.
i use fan art as custom covers if i use it. or i'll rename it as a bnr file. that way it will show up as a full banner.(using custom art like a banner is a lot nicer then as cover) i've always did my custom covers or fan art this way. i don't use the "fanart" folder.

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think it's possible to use fanarts, custom banners or trailers for plugins and homebrews (it's only for wii and gc games). It seems plugins have a generic ID. Game info has also been disabled in homebrew view since r432 (that's normal, there's no entry in wiitdb database yet).
That'd be very nice if a database could be created for emulators and homebrews in the future (for covers and synopsis download).

But the most important is the plugins system is working great now! So thank you!

you mean to say 732? i don't think plug ins an banners were in 432. ( i could be wrong though.). cause banners work for me in plug ins.
see i'm one of those that don't hit the "update button" every time a new version comes out unless it's really needed.(yes guys i'm still at 732, so shoot me.) i only have 1 plug in (well i'll have 2 if that's how mp3 cover support comes in.) easy though just look at the post above you an you'll see. i have made a few banners for movies an had posted them. but i rarely make them cause my movie collection is as big as some of the people that have games for plug ins. ( 3,326 last time i did inventory..)

@ massive. your right that's a small collection.( my music collection is even bigger then my movie collection.) i enjoy my music, an have artist for every mood i feel like at the moment.( but no f ing country music. ). i have Mozart- Gwar. (classical- death metal.)

I was only talking about synopsis that was disabled in 432 for homebrews. I'm using r886 right now mainly for emulators plugins. Fanarts don't seem to work but if you say banners do, maybe I'll try it.

yea i tried that but it doesnt work because i noticed the games i disk installed have a boot.bin and an apploader.img also

Those files are only needed when running the game from xNEEK+DI which uses the same folder naming for the games. WiiFlow shouldn't need it. I've actually installed several of my games manually like that and they work just fine.

Yeah, that's the real question ...
You said the ones you ripped yourself work fine then?
The ISO's you have may have gotten corrupted copying them from computer to computer or drive to drive ... bad download ... bad rip originally, whatever. Have you compared them to redump.org to see if they're really 1:1 correct rips?

As promised, I've added plugin support for music files in r888:

The usage is quite simple, copy over this ini file into your plugin folder:

and edit the path to where your music is. Currently the ini is set to the default wiiflow music path, "wiiflow/music". You can choose whatever you want. You cant add filetypes, its currently mp3 and ogg only, thats because of wiiflows internal player. You can select it as every other wiiflow plugin then and if you press play it wont start a dol but the music file you selected, easy as that

now for me. i've done a lot of reading. an found this. so far it works on computer. haven't had a chance with the wii yet to see if this would work for "play lists".. kids are watching a movie so as soon as i get my hands on it i'll test. or if someone gets this an does it first could you please let me/everyone know it's working.

you don't need the music folder that's inside wiiflow. if music is starting that's inside that folder.move the mp3 to a folder on the root of sd/usb. leaving the music folder inside wiiflow empty. redo the ini to point to the music folder on the root of sd/usb.( were ever you made the new music folder.).
