Sorry.. I thinks only to add all (one day I'll do it, but not today.. =P ) homebrew .. and pimp is an homebrew...

I don't want to disrespect anyone.
Especially to you or gbatemp comunity.

... if there are some reason for delete pimp from WiiDownloader database.. tell me.
I often use it without any problem in PAL Wii.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm biased against Pimp My Wii. That being said, there's a reason why many people often refer to it as "Brick My Wii".

ModMii is a complete softmodding alternative (i.e. PMW will never support exploits or HBC installation) and ModMii has never ever bricked even a single Wii. But what I hate about PMW more than anything is we're trusting a "black box" to make all sorts of potentially risky changes to your console. Even noobs should be aware of what they're doing.

If you want to support it, that's your decision. But most ppl I've spoken to consider PMW to be blasphemous.

For certain things, I agree. For some, less.
But I think that this isn't the rigth topic for talk too much about that (and with my excellent English, probably someone would not understand what I want to say)

Sorry but I'm here for a problem.

I have an issue when I try to take mediafire link.

Sometime works, and sometime not.

I need to take the link of the file from the source of the page, for example for this..

the link for download is in this line (using "right-click on the page with firefox for see source code):

but if I use curl or wget, sometimes in the page there isn't link that I can see it with firefox.

MEGA CUT: the content is just different... in this case I can't find the link of the file.

Please, someone can tell where is the problem?
I try to use some thing:

but nothing chages... there some check on IP after more downloads? o__O

I'm happy for that.

Even if I did this program mainly because I was curious about the c # language =P

Anyway, in last release (1.1.2) I just added the link to the changelog (in "about" menu), so who cares can see the updates I made​​.

Seems that now application haven't problems .. I can finally dedicate myself to updating (as well I can) the database.

ps: for me, with v.1.1.2 chinese chars were not displayed, curiously that you haven't problem... but now isn't a problem.

Obviously I make a mistake and I convert to Unicode format also the batch file created for use modmii: fixed in 1.1.4 (sorry fot that)

Actually I found this "problem" so interesting, and I make some other test:
The program works good creating some custom script using Chinese character for name and type, but doesn't work good if I use the application in a folder like this:
"c:\节目\WiiDownloader"
the problem is that actually I create and call some batch (for use modmii, for create link for hackmii installer and mediafire link), and they are in ANSII code, so they not support "节目" ... it become "??".
My question is.. usually in a PC this chars are used for folder or not? Only for understand if I must try to resolve it or not.
(I try to save this batch in Unicode.. and call call it using "cmd /U" .. but.. seem that doesn't work.)

This question is because your OS(operate systme) is English ,it don't support Chinese Char,if you have Chinese windows system ,it is ok.

But an Error message appears"Wiidownloader will be close" when it starts to download"WiiDownloaderInfo.ini" today.
It works well yesterday,so i guess there's some problem with the sever for "WiiDownloaderInfo.ini"
Is there any way to skip download newest "WiiDownloaderInfo.ini" in this situation ？
