The question shouldn't be wether it is touch or not, if you follow what Miyamoto has said over the years regarding what inspires him, what they do when they create a console, what he wanted and what he achieved after every iteration of generations, etc, it is obvious it is going to be a touchscreen. The real question is wether it is resistive or capacitive.
I bet it is capacitive and we will see a lot of ports and classic emulation.
