Hacking Who hasn't yet installed arm9loaderhax? Why?

The games still exist on the SD, all you'll need to reinstall is the ticket.

I have a question for you!!

I have a backup "New SMB 2 Gold Ed" in a installed folder "00137e00"
But i removed the game.

So if i copy this folder to "00040000" place where its all my games.

And how can i activate it with
"New Super Mario Bros. 2 Gold Edition (CTR-P-BMAE).tik"

I alredy tried install the ticket, but wont show up the game. Only options it's give me it's download again.

So there is a way for example.

I install a heavy game like 3Gib. Backup it's install folder and can install it again only use it's .tik and copying the entire backup?

US 3DS XL has arm9loader but both my EU New 3DS/XL is sporting gateway. Too lazy to work on both of them and pretty baffled when it comes to restoring existing emunand.

I've heard plailect is reworking the guide to make it much simpler, if you haven't started yet you might want to hold off for a day or two.

Because I accidentally upgraded to 11, and I don't have another hacked 3ds or the confidence to do the hardware downgrade. These are good reasons, right? I would love for someone to tell me that I'm wrong.

I think it's a pretty good reason. Also, if you want to, you can pay someone else to do a NAND mod for you.

I just installed A9lh on my N3DS XL and I feel great!
Like they said on previous posts,the chance of bricking your system is very low and it happens most of the times due to user error.I would say go for it,and read Plailect's Guide carefully and many times to understand what rue guide says.also search on the Internet for any term you don't understand.I think it is worth your time installing it :-)

Reinand already does everything I want and even if it's

Well, there is a risk of softbricking n3DS if you don't format first, so data will be lost if you want to do it reliably.

I am new to the forum

I have had a9lh+luma for about six months now and I am very happy with it.

a9lh+luma to me is a way to not spend $80+ on a gateway. I think gate way is nice but I also think its too much money.

Nothing against people who use a gateway.

Why I hasn't yet upgrade? It has been 2 days that I'm stuck with the damn thing, because OTDHelper won't recognized a useless title (the flashcard blacklist) and so I always restore my nands backups. Right now the installation of a9lh is the hardest thing I encounter even if I soft modded my wii, ps2 and psp in the past I never encounter something that hard. hi, I did every step but im stuck in step 9:


Section VI - Finalizing setup

1. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
2. Still from EmuNAND9, go to EmuNAND Manager Options and make a backup of SysNAND tosysNAND.bin
3. Press Select on the main menu to eject your SD card, then put it in your computer
4. Rename sysNAND.bin to sysNAND-A9LHAX.bin and sysNAND.bin.sha to sysNAND-A9LHAX.bin.sha
5. Copy both to a safe location on your computer; this is a SysNAND backup containing arm9loaderhax (Your backup should match one of the sizes on this page; if it does not, you should delete it and make a new one!)
6. Delete sysNAND-A9LHAX.bin and sysNAND-A9LHAX.bin.sha from your SD card
7. Reinsert your SD card into your 3DS then press Start to reboot
8. Update your CFW SysNAND to the latest version using system settings (if it is not already)
9. Open Health and Safety (which is now FBI)

step 9 - there isnt any fbi injected on health and safety....

what should I do?


oh and on Section III - Configuring Luma3DS
there are those options to activate (in the guide)

1. • "Autoboot SysNAND"
   • "SysNAND is updated"
   • "Force A9LH detection"
   • "Show current NAND in System Settings"
   • "Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_FIRM"

but for me it just shows those options:
