Hardware What's the most powerful GPU set?

What is the most powerful GPU set out there? As in, 4-way SLI set or 4-GPU CrossfireX set. It must be available on TigerDirect. Price is no object. I don't care if it's $.01 or $1,000,000.

most powerful would most likely be 2x 5970's in Quad-CrossFireX

as of right now 580GTX only supports Tri-SLI

as the above poster said 6990, 6970, and 6950 are coming out soon from ATI to replace the current high end 5800 series

@Joe88: Hardware.INFO says something else. SLI with 4 580GTX cards is possible, though you don't gain that much performance with the fourth card.

If you're all curious, I'm planning a dream computer that I'll only be able to buy if I win the lottery or something. 7 Blu-ray drives, 2 Xeons, 48GB of RAM, and anything else that's overkill.
