CRISPR can modify the DNA in any type of cell, so it could be used both to treat genetic disorders by modifying your body's cells and prevent them from passing on to the next generation by modifying your sperm/egg cells. It could also be used to pass on immunity to thinks like measles and the flu, so vaccines would become unnecessary.

Teleportation might be a physics issue (maybe you could be a mind sharing entity and transmit consciousness around) but biology and thus DNA twiddling handles flight, various flavours of invisibility, I am sure you could burn enough energy to move fast enough and think fast enough to effectively slow down time a bit,
