Hacking Usbmu content folders suddenly gone after transferring a tu using horizon.

Why not boot up the game, install it to the USBMU and then delete the game again?
Easiest solution.

No if i boot the game, it asks for a Live profile which i dont have. I think the single player is on disc 1. Or i think i need to transfer the content files to USBMU/Content path

Extract the game with XBox image browser, then use 360 content manager to copy things to the 360 via FTP
The program automatically inserts them in the right place on the USBMU if you leave it in your 360.

Wait no i dont actually have the physical disc for the game. Its only on jtag format. disc 2 is already installed but I need the disc 1 installation to be on USBMU. And the files for that is on my PC. I wanna transfer it to my new USBMU so i can hopefully play gta V again.

Copy the extracted DVD of GTA to yer 360 and run it, let it install that way.
