They don't appear when I boot into AuReiNAND but they're there when I boot rxTools. Can anyone help with this?

I had this issue also, it ended up be something I installed to the NAND that was not supposed to be there. you will want to check for everything strange that is installed to the NAND.

I haven't installed anything that doesn't have an icon or something.
