0004013820000102 ? (I have 0004013820000102, "CTR-P-CTAP", 3DS, System, ver 0x26d0 (on my 9.0 sysnand), size : 1818624 bytes (1.73Mb)

(I have no app starting with 0x3 as unique ID btw...)

Can someone help me? I installed the slot-1 launcher CIA to sysnand and emunand,then I installed the twlfirm_o3ds.cia to emunand. Now im trying to use my Ace3DS Plus card but I still get the error, am I doing something wrong? The card loads perfectly on my DSlite but not on my O3DS XL. (sysnand 9.2 emunand 10.5)

I think that twlfirm needs to be installed to sysnand. And the launcher only needs to be installed on emunand unless you plan on using it from sysnand

Yeah, it's more strictly speaking a Acekard problem and not really a TWL Launcher problem as it works flawlessly. I'm beginning to think it might be a mechanical problem. When I insert my genuine Acekard into the n3DS there is a resistance at one point, if I gently push it goes through and seats seemingly normally though. This doesn't happen with the clone.

Out of curiosity, can anyone tell me what the latest AceKard firmware is? The GBA Temp Wiki lists "Pippa Funnell" while waybacking to the old Acekard.com site lists "Fossil Fighters Champions" o.o

I think the firmware doesn't matter (don't quote me on this). Well, can't you test it out on an old DS?

It depends on your hardware revision. My old genuine Ak2i revision topped out at Alex Rider Stormbreaker, and yes, it also has a terrible seating problem to the point where I've had to put a piece of paper into the card slot of the DSi I used it with for it to not disconnect during gameplay =(

Thank you both for this, it was a contact issue with my new 3DS and genuine AceKard afterall! I simply slid a tiny piece of paper between the contacts and the case of the AceKard and it started to show up no problem without freezing and works perfectly now! Well 99% perfect, sometimes I have to slide it in and out for the n3DS to pick it up.

I think the firmware doesn't matter (don't quote me on this). Well, can't you test it out on an old DS?

I know but I'm on a new 3DS and I was always told TWL_FIRM downgrading only works on an old 3DS :/

I tried the same action replay, white screen too on my n3dsxl.
It's not that hard to insert an action replay in the N3DSXL

Well, for some reason I wasn't able to insert it with a "click" as normal, so I had to do the "click-in" with another card and pull it out with force. Not sure why but yeah, it detects it but loads to a whitescreen still

Wrong! It's the launcher that needs to be installed to emunand AND sysnand if you want to use it from emunand. If using emunand, modified twl_firm only needs to be on emunand!

Umm I don't want to say anything against that since you made the launcher afterall but on my new 3DS I only installed the launcher and TWL_FIRM to emuNAND and the launcher works :o My NANDs are unlinked too.

Hi, I'm trying to use a R4i-SDHC, and the first post says it works. But when I insert it in my 3DS, it doesn't shows up, and the launcher makes the "an error occured" message show up. But when I place it in a DSi, it shows up and works. Is there a chance I can use it ?...

Yes. But did you check to see if you are using latest build of rxTools or a CFW with a custom TWL_FIRM installed first? It may be failing on the modified SRL. You have to make sure TWL_FIRM has sig checks patched out before knowing if your card doesn't work on 3DS or not. I've seen other users confirm that R4i-SDHC works via this launcher, so sounds like you're not doing something right.
