This all worked great for me, so big thanks to jebediah. Now I can play the DLC tracks in Cemu.
I used this spreadsheet for the filenames:

Only minor problem I ran into is that of the 16 tracks, three of them (Wario Goldmine, Wild Woods and Super Bell Subway) do not play the music, only the first bar and then silence.

Just to ask... without breaking the game, how would i go about replacing racers/characters? As i wish to replace the Koopa Kids with the DLC racers/characters.

Also... is there anyway to change the course portraits in the Menu?

Hi, I'd love for a way to replace the coin with the rupee like in the real game. however doing so in the map obj causes crashes. I have seen a video where someone modded red coins in, anyone have any light they would be kind enough to shed?
