Gaming TS2015 max settings?

What kind of specification would I need to run TS2015 at max settings at a smooth 30fps? Thanks.

30 fps is not smooth >:C 60fps it is

I can handle 30fps as long as it's not stuttering And I'd be able to set the graphics higher at 30fps than at 60fps.
