A 4.5 console doesn't need it either. It has two perfectly good entrypoints which work better than CN.

There's really little reason to have Cubic Ninja anymore since we have other options now, however it's the one of two offline (Once installed) cart entrypoints to homebrew. And unlike most entrypoints, it can use both Ninjhax 1 and 2.

That and it can be a backup hax in case something goes wrong with your other ones. Since it's cheap over here it's best to grab it in case.
