It should be! I'm checking for the extdata in this order:
- EU on SDCard
- US on SDCard
- EU on NAND
- US on NAND
- EU on Game card
- US on Game card

You should totes make it open source so if you don't want to make a GUI then someone else can? Kinda like pkhex and pkhex++. Also I'd like to learn from other peoples creations instead of just my own attempts xD
