Misc Tatsunoko vs Capcom Not Working Online

I can get the other games such as Mario Kart Wii, Super smash bros Brawl, Goldeneye 007 Wii working online but for some reason I cannot seem to get Tatsunoko vs Capcom Ultimate All Stars to work online.

I make sure im connected to internet, I try player match, ranked match and none work, I havent tried friend match as none of my mates own this one but I have no idea why no game mode works online in Tatsunoko vs Capcom

Its been like this for pretty much a year, can anyone else this play this online and does anyone have an idea of whats causing the problem?

I had this problem too, install d2x cIOS v3.1 on slot 248 base 57.
Under USB Loader GX configuration change to load IOS248.
It should fix it

EDIT: Also make sure you don't have any ocarina cheat activated
