so an hour ago i experienced sleep paralysis for the first time. it lasted for about 20 seconds and i could not move a muscle except for my eyes and toes. i had trouble breathing and as soon as it stopped i sat up and took a huge deep breath. Have any of you guys ever experienced this and have a creepy story to tell? also do you think it just has to do with the body or do you think it's something paranormal such as the old hag depicted in this picture?
