Homebrew SCUMMVMDS 1.3.0?

I've just been on the SCUMMVM website and noticed that a new version 1.3.0 has been released. Checked the release notes and found this

Nintendo DS port:
- Added support for loadable modules.

But there is no download for the DS version available yet.

Anyone know if there is going to be a 1.3.0 release and if so when?
