Hey guys I have the text files from the game Digimon World Re-Digitize Decode translated.

How can I get the files back into the ARCVINFO.BIN?

I have Use a Unpacker Tool. This can not Repack.

Then I suggest you write a Repacker. If you can't do that, you probably should leave this to People who can.
