If you have full package with your FW, find 0004001000021900.cia for US console, 0004001000022900.cia for EU and 0004001000020900.cia for Japan one. And try to install it.

You're my fucking hero, it didn't work in FBI but I was able to use Downgrade from Sysupder with that .cia in the updates folder

Now I can access Eshop with my NNID and dowload my old games )

So I have ctrbootloader set to launch with menuhax, and from there rxtools. Everything was working fine and I installed the homebrew CIA on emunand. Launched it pressing Y to download the payload, it did, and it launched ctrbootloader (since it's my boot.3dsx), and then it crashed. I took out the SD card, edited what I thought was the payload.bin to reference to my hblauncher.3dsx instead of boot.3dsx. After that, menuhax would not work and would send me straight to sysnand with "an error has occurred" message. Had to reinstall menuhax, haven't touched the HBlauncher cia since.

How can I make it work? Should I download the payload manually, and edit which 3dsx file it launches from there? I don't want to break my menuhax again.

Well it's actually renamed to HBL8.3dsx, I used hblauncher.3dsx to clarify.

Downloaded the otherapp manually and renamed it accordingly, will try later when I get off from work. The bin should go on the root of the sd, right?

I don't think so. Correct me if I am wrong: It is only made to run the payload.
