I'm sure it is on the roadmap to enable this. A lot has to happen still and working on 1 console with 3 regions is hard enough, let's not add an additional console to the work load right now.

Yes Sky3DS works on it. You can have multiple games from different regions on it and they will all work.

I can confirm that you can dual boot NTR on CN with GW on OOT.
