There are no non-encrypted title keys on the site currently... Kinda obvious when Decrypt9 tells you that the decTitleKeys contains 0 titles...

That's what I figured but I wanted confirmation on that's what the problem was and not a problem with this program.

One way to confirm is to go to the rss feed on that titlekey site, copy the title id of the first game listed, then go back to the main page (of the titlekey site) and paste it into the search box. If it shows that game as having an encrypted key, then they all do.

As I said, I'll add a check to my app soon which will make this easier/more obvious.

I'm probably late but all games have been encrypted that's why decrypt9 keeps saying 0 titles found.

Version 0.3 uploaded, link & qr updated in first post! No big new features, just tweaked some niceties:

• decTitlekeys.bin is now downloaded to /files9 if it exists (or sd root if not).
• Warns if downloaded decTitlekeys.bin has 0 entries.
• Reversed order the title list is displayed in, so newest entries are first.

I tested the 0 entries check by faking it, we'll have to wait until the titlekey site is updated to see if it works for real, but I don't see why it wouldn't.

No, this doesn't install anything. It downloads decrypted keys from that titlekey site, then once you've encrypted them with decrypt9, it makes an input.txt with your chosen title id and encrypted key. You can use CIAngel to install from that.

Hey, I have some wierd problem: dec9 saying that 39 titels were encrypted, after that when I try to make an input.txt file - all the lines are blank, I can still select one and make a file, but names aren't showing.

nevermind went and got decrypt9 ..

dear lord.. maybe write out instructions where in the world do you go to encrypt the file that program downloads x.x would be nice to put the instructions for those whom nver use this app x.x

I have been through every option that states encrypt non do what i think its supposed to do what is the file name .. the one option opened my fbi app (maintance options de/encrypt key database) x.x the other i have no clue what it did i have never used this app ...

Newquay needs to be updated to use the new domain, since the old one expired

Program hasn't been updated to support new title keys site, which would probably explain the crashes.

I manually downloaded it from new domain. Why won't it be able to make input.txt?

Maybe it still needs the title keys site address for that...? It's the only explanation I can think of.
