I have tried replacing some strings for Snack World Trejarers, and the Gamedata.xci will not run on Citra after the replacement (it ran fine before). Actually, it runs, but I just get a black screen.
I replaced the file by saving it somewhere with Kuriimu (save as), then manually replacing inside archive_a.fa, then manually replacing that inside Gamedata.xci. Is there an easier way? Do I need to compress, or encode something so it will work on Citra?

There is likely an incompatibility with the newer files since we haven't specifically checked that our existing code is compatible with these newer Level 5 formats. Your mileage may vary.

Hi, is it possible for a plugin to be added to open up persona 5 scramble ive been searching everywhere for a plugin or a simple script so i can translate part of the game.

Ah sorry my bad just noticed it is the 3ds forum please disregard my reply
Kuriimu is not strictly a 3DS tool, but a more appropriate forum doesn't exist for this thread.

If you can find a willing programmer, a plugin can certainly be created. And that's the hard part.

Adding new files is not supported by all plugins. Especially not by the Level5 plugins. Even then, the game would not recognize those new files. You would need to edit the games executable if you want the game to see them. So adding new files to an archive is nothing relevant until you have the ability to edit the games executable. At which level you would also be able to add basic functionality for adding files to the format yourself.

Hello, thank you very much for these tools.
It's helping me a lot to edit images, but I can't use the Archive Manager since the files are from a recent Koei Tecmo game (PC, PS4, Vita).
The following QuickBMS script (yokai_sangokushi.bms) achieves to extract the LINKDATA binaries, so I wonder if it could be converted into a .dll : (sorry I can't post hyperlinks) ZenHax topic number "t=8846"
I don't know if the development is still active, and sorry for being a selfish user asking for personnal request.
The game I work with is Attack on Titans 2 (PS Vita)

Yes. Development is still active but moves more and more to this tools successor Kuriimu2, which is in development. If you have any form of format support request I refer to the OP that such matters may be created as an issue on our github.
If it may not be done for this tool, it will be for Kuriimu2 guaranteed.

There is currently no clean documentation or wiki I could refer you to. Our plugins are written in any .NET language, mainly C#. You can learn how to code an image plugin by looking at our existing ones, and use them as a template for your own. You find the code to our software and all plugins on the github for this project. If you need more specific help, you should join our discord and ask there.

Hi, @IcySon55 and the team!
Can you please add support for True Remembrance -Kioku no Kakera- image files?
I extracted romfs but there are only BIN files in there.
I don't think I can attach files here but I can email them to you.

Is there any news about Zelda tools for 3DS? some tech support, whatever? I see that the problem with the ltn16.gzf file has not been solved. If I remember correctly, Kuriimu was supposed to support OCT. I am asking because I haven't been active for a long time and I don't know if anything has changed.
