I just try to get rockman X jap release
I did install from ciangel and create a cia from it, both situations the game doesnt starts, hangs on 3ds logo screen
And i cant repair from eshop because its a japanese game and my eshop is usa
Did i miss something???

Some game needs to be decryoted before installation
Rockman x is one of them
Just use decrypt9 and ou should be fine

CIAngel has built in seed handling. Are you running the latest version?

Yep.... but its fine, working right now=)
Also if you are using luma3ds you must activate the region emulation, to oficial japanese snes vc work.... Only snes... Strange

Okay i am having a small problem.

I installed the fire emblem fates special edition CIA to my system, and then used ciangel to download the DLC for the game, I didn't find the specific one on there but i did find dlc for FE Fates birthright. I assumed it would work the same since they are all kinda the same game, but the game doesn't recognize it. I first installed the ticket on the system and loaded the game to check and it says no dlc can be redownloaded.

Then i decided to download the full cia of all 63 data, and still didn't recognize it.
I got the idea that since the title id for special edition was not matching that it would make since to change the name of the installed DLC folder to match the title id of the game i have so i renamed it from "0040008C00179400" to "0040008C00179800" To match the title id of Fire emblem fates special edition. The "8C" Is the dlc for the game and the "179400" Is the Birthright dlc i renamed to "179800" To match the title id for special edition.

Can anyone help me figure out the problem? Is the birthright DLC not compatible with the other two games or am i just missing something?

First, I recommend not trying to mix and match DLC, unless you're positive you have the right game installed (This isn't a problem for most games, but FE Fates having multiple editions screws things up). Download both the game and the DLC from CIAngel, for the same region, when possible. Unless you're positive the DLC is for the version of the game you got elsewhere.

Second, NEVER ENTER THE IN-GAME DLC SHOP. This both wipes your installed game DLC, AND creates some sort of ticket that causes it to get wiped during actions that normally wouldn't (Sometimes accessing just the normal eShop, sometimes game updates I've heard, etc). Install the DLC, use the DLC, never touch the in-game DLC shop.

I don't think the DLC from CIAngel is compatible with Fates Special Edition. Just download the one from CIAngel (both the app + DLC), you'll get the same thing, all 3 routes plus complete DLC.

For this reason I suggest going to that one site and getting the already made DLC pack for the game. Since this is for the Special Edition of the game you only need the Map Pack and not the Stories+Map Packs.

That's weird, cause I installed/tested FE Birthright from CIAngel + the DLC, and get access to everything that was already released when I downloaded the DLC. Of course, you have to re-install the DLC any time a new piece launches, because the content isn't available until then, but you'll have to do the same thing if you go elsewhere to download it (Just look at the titles on those other sites, "Lost in the Waves added (6/9/2016)".

That's odd. Maybe it's changed since I've done my tests... All I knew was that it didn't work before. Good to know it works now though!

The system takes care of it, any incomplete downloads are deleted.

Since you download from the eshop, will the cia downloaded from cia angel work on sysnand?
And is it better to use .cia or tickets ?
