Works great! Just one problem, when I launch a game on the flycast core, it stucks on the Sega logo, already tried with 4 games. Never have problems before with Retroarch, and I got the BIOS on the right folder... Could there be something missing?

Are you launching Retroarch while holding R on a switch game? If you're just going to album you wont get the extra ram and that core needs it.

Yes of course I launch it with the R method, for the full RAM. I think it`s one of the options on flycast core but never used it before until today. I can play N64 and PS1 without problems but this one gets stuck.

I tried Flycast using retroarch for Switch and Sonic The Adventure's gfx is messed up but only title and FMV works. Anybody have a problem ? I will try standalone reicast.

Edit: Nope.. same gfx error and its not playable. How do I fix it ? Help ?!

Try using a different iso/gdi for the game? Different areas also, like I said before, some games work fine if you try using the European version.

  • The RetroArch NSP, NSP forwarders of any kind, or launching HBL through the Album (or any) applet are NOT supported.
Launching N64 through the album is also NOT supported, and will cause your switch to fatal.

I've set up Reicast properly with the right folders and BIOS/Flash files, but whenever I try and use it, the app just launches to an empty "Games" screen where the only list option is "Dreamcast BIOS", and a "Settings" button in the upper-right corner. I can't interact with anything, even via touch. What am I doing wrong?

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

Nothing special about it other than it's more comfortable than the Lite
    for people with beefy hands.
