This one looks near identical to the official of Nintendo's GameCube adapter but with the addition of PC drivers too, except no "Wii U" logo at the top.

For those sceptical about this retailer, Zavvi is one of the most popular retailers in UK and also the same people who handle the UK Nintendo Store.

Looks just like a generic cheap Chinese copy of the official adapter. Very likely NOT from Mayflash as they like to write the product name on top of the product itself like on the current Mayflash adapter. I'd stay away from that because you're not going to get support for it if you have any trouble with it and I can only imagine how crappy the build quality is going to be like. Mayflash isn't exactly known for good build quality either, but as far as Chinese 3rd party companies go, I'd choose Mayflash over the rest easily.
