I haven't tried any of those games on the latest firmware but it seems like too many to be normal. You might be having an issue with your microSD card. Try reformatting to Fat32 and put only a few games on it to see if that works.

I just tried Layton and the miracle mask and Dream team. But worked without a problem.
Try formatting your sd cards.

V4.0B2 can support multi-ROM.

Like gamesquest1 said, all clone carts (except MT card and King 3DS) are the same. Orange 3DS = R4i Gold Deluxe = 3DSLink

problem with some games in multi rom mode
but if you use the old way (raw mode, write img to sd) it works

but then again there are other problems
like some game saves lost when you switch to new multi rom mode

yeah, already formated in fat32
that's not the issue
and as written, it's only about some roms, and there are other bugs too

current firmware doesnt support file fragmentation
(if more than 1 fragment -> doesnt work)

now, there is still the problem you lose old saves
when you switch to multirom ...
