Hacking Question: How to Change Wii U Game Boot Logo!

Just would like to know how to install a own Boot Logo as for Xenoblade or anything else!

replacing .tga files with FTPiiU Everywhere dont work, dont show up!

What can i do now?

I can replace files only with WupClient in the same way I replace ds rom (haxchi)

Try wupclient, I could not replace it with windows explorer or ftpclient

The Wupclient!

Uninstall python and install another version, whether it is 3 installs the 2.7 or if it is 2.7 install 3.
You have to uninstall the version that will not use, the program does not automatically open with the correct version.

Found the Problem, didnt know that i need to Insert that Picture twice in the update partition!
