Hardware ps vita tv or regular one?

Hi, I just wanna know if in the future it will be a way (hacked or regular) to get the psvita tv region free or if there is a way;
and what da difference between both devices?
apart of one is portable and the other one is not

there will be a monster hunter for it?

psvita tv is NOT fully region free (JPN PSN ONLY) and can NOT play all vita games
a normal vita is better

there NO Vita MH games
but
there se the PSP monster hunters that work on the vita
and
MH type games
like
Toukiden: The Age of Demons
Ragnarok Odysse (RO ace(it like the MH G version) coming 04/01/2014 in NA)
God Eater 2 (jpn only for now)
