Does this mean you can use sd2vita on firmware 3.74? Cause the reason I downgraded to 3.35 was for sd2vita... and adrenaline.

Afaik, sd2vita worked on 3.74 already, but the exploit isn't permanent.
The tutorial I followed stated only 3.60 and 3.65 support sd2vita that’s why I downgraded, the exploit was mainly to use sd2vita because of the limited storage, but I don’t regret it, it took several extra steps and a week worth of work but I got the Vita to the state that I wanted.

3.60 and 3.65 is for Permanent CFW.

Hmm, not sure as I've never tried it.
