Ok wow... Let me clear this up for you. A few people at best have actually been successful at injecting edited Pokemon into the game and no-one has made their methods public. We haven't gotten to the stage of being able to inject Pokemon reliably yet. Again, no-one who has / or claims to have injected edited Pokemon has released the method they used.

The "injection" of the original comment you asked about was referring to was simply reading a packet to have a look at the PKX data and then sending it back on its way - no editing involved. Just be patient on the whole injected edited Pokemon thing.

At some point some method is going to be made public. Until then there's very simple guidelines as to how you can extract PKX data from Wonder Trades all over this thread.

On a second note.
I should of just stayed quiet because the methods I've tried have lead to more stalling, and the mods to my 3DS have bricked two systems of the 9 I've got at my disposal during a flash-freeze dump to give to you all.
I've been made aware of what's been said about me and this is why I won't go into detail any further nor say anything else until I can give the community something viable that won't crash your system or cause hiccups that you can't fix. The same reason many others are sitting on their methods. I have successfully edited and reintroduced three Shiny pokemon with max IV's/EV's from the actual game. I have not had any luck bringing over a pokemon from BW/2.

Last note:
I'm working hard on my end until I'm at my wittsend. If I can't figure it out and pass on info to another more credible source who 'miraculously' figures it all out to feed to you guys, then I'll just share how I did what I've accomplished so far with the tools I have and what I'm currently doing, with very little, but thankful, help from the French, to bring a user-friendly redx.

Think what you want, I won't throw in the towel yet cause if I can do this alone I'm sure there's some lips that'll be needing to kiss my feet. That or a visit from Nintendo. Whichever comes first.

Also, you should log what you done carefully and share it with us so we know more things that do/don't work while we learn about the game and its structure

Let's take the drama aside, please? I'm glad you have that much interest on this however I have no idea what you are doing that could cause a brick on two 3DS systems...
If you don't mind, you should share your ideas or something to the community so those who are working on this as well can get more information and complement each other, from my point of view, taking the risk alone is a little pointless.

It's not that anyone doubts you, it's just that what you've written so far are pretty detailed comments explicitly missing any sort of hint / clue as to how you've accomplished what you're claiming to have done. We're all super keen to move forward with this and if you have some info we'd be super grateful if you would share it.

If it's leagues ahead of what anyone here has accomplished I'm sure everyone would not hesitate to thank / credit you for what you've done =).

With that, you are even able to user the automatic dumper.
Connect your extra router to your PC via Ethernet and then your 3DS to that same router so the data can go through your computer without any softAP.

I don't think that's how routers work. You still need a form of soft AP.

Like everyone else is saying, give Arp Poisoning a go. It basically allows you to re-route traffic from your 3ds through your pc (assuming your PC and 3ds are connected to the same network), though you'll probably have to fiddle about with the software (like Cain & Abel) until you get it working.

Is Smea transferring hacked Pokemon via trading or by way of an Action Replay-style program?

The reason I ask, his picture of Mew (source: https://twitter.com/smealum/status/396021340802535424) is a wild encounter, and the only way I can see this being possible is through an Action Replay-type program. He says he can run unsigned code, so what's to stop him changing the value of a wild encounter to that of Mew (or another Legendary)?

My Modem is connected to my PC,then I switch my modem Ethernet cable to my router and use another Ethernet from router to pc,I connect my 3DS to my router(which now shares internet with my pc),but the dumper doesn't work,quite frankly even wireshark barely finds any Nintendo packets,only some weird ones which are either 342 bytes,60 bytes or 1766 bytes,and I have a weird destination :"Destination : Broadcast(ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff)".

Wireshark doesn't work if you haven't done any ARP Poisoning configuration to your network. You need to do ARP Poisoning so your 3DS still goes through your computer even though it's connected to the router.

Guys,I can confirm that the dumper is getting blocked by Nintendo,every time I'm trying to conduct a wonder trade with dumper open,it disconnects me from the internet,I did the wireshark method just fine.At first I thought i was paranoid,but if I'm even trying to connect to the internet(in-game) with dumper open,it won't let me,only when I close it,and If I got to the wonder trade window,open the dumper and then conduct a trade,it disconnects me.

But at least I can do the long method with the dongle.

That would imply some seriously interesting (and possibly suspect) moves on Nintendo's part, what is considerably more likely is the dumper is interfering with your network setup somehow.

As for the rest of the thread a lot of it feels like blind leading the blind and I am not inclined to pick through it right now. I do have to ask though why the desire to inject on windows? Linux livecds are readily available and cure basically every issue up to figuring out what the layer 7 stuff is about (otherwise known as the actual hacking work) as well as providing tools capable of handling the layer 7 stuff once you do figure it out.

What is considerably more likely is the dumper is interfering with your network setup somehow.

I don't think so,when I'm trying to connect to the internet(in-game) with dumper open,it doesn't give me an error code or something,it just says unable to connect to the network or something like that,I'm still able to connect to it with my phone(softAP that is).
