That's not "something to fix", that's how diff patches work. Use an untrimmed ROM.

making a patch work consistently with a trimmed rom is near impossible to do.
every time you, or anyone else, trims a rom it might come out slightly different.

only way to do that would be to upload the hacked files directly, so you'd have to put them into the NDS yourself.






i noticed another text glitchup, tough it's nothing serious.
in the 1st big city is a building with 2 trainers, after beating them both you get an item.
the guy that gives the item starts talking about a TM, and how you'd be able to put it to better use. and then he gives you a potion.

why can't everyone just wait until it's released in the U.S

i mean you will get hella far in the game by the time it comes it in the u.s, which the us version is completley english and then you will wish you waited so you dont have to do all that stuff again

One: With Japanese DP, you could easily copy your Japanese .sav to your English game.
Two: Personally, I tend to play through the japanese games really fast and when the English version comes out, I trade over my items, Pokemon, ect. I've been doing this since Emerald as I like having the extra Legendaries,TMs, and so on.

Yea it seems pretty annoying but atleast its not in japan. But either way we still won't know the attack so who cares

Hack is proceeding well. Expect to see a patch sometime tomorrow. It contains a fully translated Pokemon Menu, Pokemon Summary, and fully translated Battle Text (buttons, too).

oreburgh city conversations are a bit messed up.
like a town map sign that says: machop: macho! chopo!
machops that tell you about running shoes and TM's.
gym sign at the museum
museum sign at the mine
and i guess the mine sign will be at the gym.

you're not allowed to ask for that.

you can still try the old way, download Rykin's patch and xdelta, and then use cmd to patch the game.
