Ok Kevin007, seriously reduce the font, some people already claimed that it crashes around that route before getting to national park. Are you sure you patched the 3.0 or 3.5 on a clean rom? and what Flash Cart are you running on? because im on the m3i zero and so far 8 hours and ZERO crashes, i think its because of rudolphs patch (but i had to combine it with the arm7 patch so it would save)

the rom is no doubt clean, the patch is 3.5 and its running on No$NDS since my M3 Lite is not compatible.

I however do not have the arm7 patch

route 35 is just north of goldenrod city, you go there after beating the 3rd gym in goldenrod

Does v3.5 have built in anti-anti-piracy? I just patched SS with the v3.5 and it keeps freezing for me after I exit the gym I'm in.

I've been getting a lot of requests to switch to the NDSTool method to patch the games. But there's one thing preventing me from doing it:

If I were to use the NDSTool patching method, it would include an "illegal file" so to speak, straight from the ROM. While it may be easier, it's 100% illegal, and I cannot do that. I do apologize for those who cannot use xdelta, I'm trying to figure out some of the error messages you guys are getting.

I personally haven't had any problems with Xdelta.
Perhaps doing a quick "how to" video would help? somewhat like Kazo did?

Hey Thanks Raqib12! I use DSTT and there is no freeze during gameplay. I could enter and exit anywhere without black screen when I played with HeartGold v3.5 for about 7 hours. No problem with my DSTT card.

But well, is it too much or possible to leave place names (city/town, cave, etcs.) in Japanese in Katakana patch?

I think people who use Katakana patch would be more familiar with all Japanese name (pokemon, place, character name) like me.

I've yet played to the first gym yet, does gym leader name be translated as well?

I recommend using the jap version of pokesav for hgss, and then using the diamond/pearl or platinum english version as a guide to use the hgss one, format is the same, worked for me

I'm having problems with the save on M3 Sakura M3i Zero flash card.

whenever I save, the game will just hang on Saving please don't turn off DS, and I've been waiting forever, well after 15 minutes I gave up .

I tried real time save but that has it's own problems.

But the normal save isn't working for me :S.

The translation and stability aside, they work great for me atm (CycloDS Evolution, 3:48 playtime, first badge) but is there a walktrough or sth. like that for this game already. I am kinda stuck after the first badge :\
