Tried with a new "copy" of the game. This time it's the right size (verified by NDSHeader).

Still gets the "too many filenames" error

i did translate my rom ith 3.0 but now there is 3.5
do i need a clean rom to patch?
And will my save work?

Sarvesh yes, patch a clean rom, and your save will still work just remember that their names need to match thats all.

I noticed another bug
the hero and pokemon graphics were messed up whenever I go to pokemon menu and close the menu
I don't know whether the patch that caused it or it's the rom

Tested all Gym leaders and i can confirm that they are all in English

When you catch a pokemon it says sent to Bebe's PC
On your list you said Pokedex is 100% when it's not

Bought a CycloDS Evolution today, gonna test with:

* Latest firmware (v1.55)
* Clean Soul Silver ROM from *a website* (4160 - Pokemon Soul Silver (J)(Xenophobia).nds) 128 MB

If it doesn't work properly I will try the translation patch 3.5 (btw, the links in on the first page needs to be replaced, but I succeeded finding the translation patch on mediafire.com)

If it's still not working I'm gonna try the ARM7.BIN stuff, already tested it on my M3 DS Real without success... can't save + crashes sooner or later.

Will probably write again in a couple of hours if that works...

One: The title image can't be larger than the original, which is shown below.

Two: I prefer the japanese titles over the English ones, honestly.
Though, if you want the hack the subtitle to say "Soul Silver" in some cool font- go for it. Remember to do any editing as .bmp files and don't make it larger than this original if you ideally want it inserted.

There is a wrong translation in dark cave, i used rock smash on a rock, then i saw right after it and before i got an item: ''a big pokemon should be able to put this rock aside'', like the strenght message, after it i got a heartscale..

Kosheh is already working on an English logo in the style of the Japanese logo.

I hope you will post a release as soon as you can make it not mess up the Trainer ID.
I can use it to make most of the changes I want, but I am no longer the OT after I do.
I do not want to change the language to Japanese (in Regional and Language Options of Control Panel) just for pokesavehgss!
